With the agreement of the Direction Council of the ťťť Euro-Mediterranean University Institute (EMUI), the postgraduate students of this Master will have direct access to the ťťť Doctoral Programme in EuroMediterranean Studies, offered in Malta, from the academic year 2010/2011, by EMUI in collaboration with the institutions of the Consortium.

This course is the result of an integration process of academic networks which work on European and Mediterranean issues. It is aimed at educating professionals with a specific vision, with the capacity to foment the integration among Europe, the South and the East Mediterranean. Therefore, the priority lines are: the evolution of the European integration and the operation of its institutions, the development of the legal and economic infrastructures, the development cooperation, the socio-economic European culture, the community policies and especially their Euro-Mediterranean projection. Thus it is offered a postgraduate course of excellence, which permits the acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge and the expertness of its students in European Union issues.

Este curso es el resultado de un proceso de integración de redes académicas que trabajan sobre temas europeos y mediterráneos. Se pretende formar profesionales con una visión específica, capaz de fomentar la integración entre Europa, el Sur y el Este del Mediterráneo. Las líneas prioritarias son, en consecuencia: la evolución de la construcción europea y el funcionamiento de sus instituciones, el desarrollo de las infraestructuras jurídicas y económicas, la cooperación al desarrollo, la cultura socio-económica europea, las políticas comunitarias y, especialmente, su proyección euro-mediterránea. Se oferta así un postgrado de excelencia que permita adquirir conocimientos teóricos y prácticos que conviertan a los alumnos en cualificados expertos de la UE. ťťť
