Programmatic Contents
Since the starting of the
Barcelona Process a lot of changes and some initiatives have affected the
euro-mediterranean relations and their legal aspects. A comprehensive overview
is necessary in the moment when the coming French Presidency of the Union
tries to put the subject on the table, and the other member countries have
used EU legal instruments to include that initiative in the framework of
the Union's foreing and cooperation policy. The possibilities of this framework
must therefore be analysed.
